What areas do you service?

We service most areas within the city limits of Medford, Talent, Phoenix, Ashland, Central Point, White City, Eagle Point, Gold Hill, Rogue River and Grants Pass.

Can I pick my own service day?

No.  Your service day will depend on how your address fits into our existing routes. 

 

What size bags do you use?

We use 7-10 gallon bags.  Note:  Bag fees only apply for initial and one time cleanups.  No extra bag charge on recurring weekly service visits.

Do you charge less for small dogs?

Poop from small dogs is actually more difficult to find.  There is no discount for small dogs.

Do you offer every other week service?

No.  Dog poop should be picked up weekly at a minimum.

What do you do with the waste?

Waste is bagged and disposed of in the customers garbage can.

What if I don't want the waste in my garbage can?

No problem.  We can double bag the waste and place in a convenient location for you to dispose of on garbage day.  

Are you insured?

Yes, we are licensed and insured.  

How does billing work for recurring service?

We make billing simple and hassle-free! Our clients have access to an online portal through Sweep & Go, where they securely store a card or bank account on file after signing up. For convenience, recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month, covering that month’s scheduled scoops—so you never have to worry about missing a clean-up!

Can my dogs be in the yard?

YES, absolutely!  Friendly dogs are more than welcome to be in the yard while we work.  Please be sure dangerous dogs are put up before we arrive.  

Do I need to be home during service?

No.  We only ask that when possible, someone is home for the first visit so we have an opportunity to meet you and your dogs.   

Why not just hire the kid next door?

Licensed and Insured - in the unlikely event it is needed, we have it. 

We are invested - we work rain or shine and are committed to providing reliable service, with no last minute excuses.

Local small business, not a franchise - you can still feel good about supporting local. 

Plus - 1500 kids go blind each year from dog waste related diseases.  We use appropriate tools and protective equipment, and properly bag and dispose of the waste.​  Leave this hazardous job to the professionals!

Can you access my yard by walking through my house?

No.  

What if I keep a lock on my gate?

Gate access is required.  Your gate must be unlocked and in good working order.  If a lock is used, an inline combination lock is required.  We are happy to provide a lock if needed.

What if its raining?

We work rain or shine and make every effort to complete your service on your scheduled day.  In the event that severe weather impacts our ability to make it to your property we will make up the service as soon as possible.

What if I need to cancel service?

 

Our service is month to month.  If you need to cancel, just notify us before we start a new month of service.
